Skin irritation test

04-001/In-vitro tests for skin irritation (EPISKIN)
Summary Three-dimensional human skin model assays consisted in applying the test chemicals to the surface of the skin for 15 minutes, followed by a post-treatment incubation period of 42 hours, and the subsequent assessment of their effects on cell viability by using the MTT assay.
